CLAIM PROCESS

1. Fill out inspection request form.

2. Contact your lead site inspector to confirm receipt and provide insight on claim.

3. Inspector will contact claimant same day to get inspection time.

4. Upon arrival inspector will greet claimant on behalf of carrier.

5. Inspector will measure and photography damages.

6. carrier will receive Xactimate estimate within 48 hours

7. If signed by contractor, we will provide daily progress report with photos until completion.
